ListenPal Every Word Pro is an over-the-counter (OTC) hearing aid intended for adults 18 years and older with perceived mild to moderate hearing loss. It is not intended for children, or for severe or profound hearing loss. OTC hearing aids are regulated by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration under 21 CFR 800.30.

Content on this site is for general information only and is not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. If you have sudden hearing loss, hearing loss in one ear only, pain, drainage, dizziness, or ringing in the ears, or if you have any concern about your hearing, consult a licensed hearing health professional or physician before using this product. Do not delay seeking medical advice because of something you read on this site.
4. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to purchase from this site. By placing an order you confirm that you are 18 or older, or that you are purchasing on behalf of an adult 18 or older.
5. Orders and pricing
All prices are in U.S. dollars. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors, limit quantities, and refuse or cancel any order, including after it has been placed. If we cancel an order after payment, we will refund you in full. Promotional pricing may change or end without notice.
