120-Day Money-Back Guarantee

Try ListenPal at home. If you are not satisfied, email hello@listenpal.shop within 120 days of delivery to request a full refund—even if you have opened and used your pair.

How to request your refund

Include your order number or the email address used at checkout so we can find your purchase. Our team will locate your order and arrange your full refund. Contact us before sending any product back.

There is no minimum trial period. Your first refund request must reach us within 120 days of delivery; time spent waiting for our reply does not affect your eligibility.

Cancellation Policy

Please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order if you need to change or cancel it. After this timeframe, we may not be able to accommodate your request because the order may have entered processing. If you cancel your order within 24 hours, we will process your refund within 7 business days. This cancellation process does not limit your 120-day money-back guarantee after delivery.

1-Year Warranty

Every ListenPal is covered by a 1-year warranty against manufacturing defects from the date of purchase. If your device stops working within one year due to a defect, contact hello@listenpal.shop and we will send a replacement at no cost. The warranty does not cover damage from water, drops, misuse, or normal wear of consumable parts such as ear domes and wax guards. These warranty exclusions do not restrict the 120-day satisfaction guarantee above.

Damaged Items

If your item arrives damaged, contact hello@listenpal.shop as soon as possible with your order details and, if available, a clear photo of the damage so we can help. Damaged outer packaging alone does not mean the product is damaged. Reporting damage does not limit your right to request a full refund under the 120-day guarantee.

Your consumer rights

This guarantee and warranty are additional to your applicable consumer rights and do not exclude or limit them. Updates to this policy do not reduce the guarantee promised when you placed your order.
